Leroy leads PF with purpose and heart, driving forward our mission to support Pasadena-area youth athletes—especially those affected by the Eaton Fire—through a holistic blend of physical training, mental wellness, and academic development.

🌱 His Journey with PF
A Heart for Service
Since joining Praxtice Foundation, Leroy has centered trauma-informed care in all programs, ensuring that each athlete receives both physical and emotional support during crises.

Pioneering Health Initiatives
Under Leroy’s guidance, PF has delivered over 20 free sports physicals, provided an average of $5,000 in annual medical services, and treated 19 injuries—protecting both athletic dreams and long-term well‑being.

Hybrid Programming Champion
His leadership during the pandemic led to the creation of Zoom-based wellness, a model now critical in reaching displaced youth via digital and in-person sessions.

Scholarship Advocate
A visionary in advancing opportunity, Leroy has overseen the award of 5 scholarships since 2020, with plans to grow this support to help more student-athletes access higher education.
