Wellness Programs

Since its inception in Pasadena, the Praxtice Foundation (PF) has been more than just a youth athletics initiative—it’s a lifeline. Our mission is to empower young athletes with not only the tools for physical success but the mental strength to thrive through life’s greatest challenges.

🩺 Life-Saving Impact

  1. PF’s commitment to athlete safety and health has saved lives:Over 20 free medical physicals given since 2020
  2. Nearly $5,000 annually in donated medical services
  3. 19 injuries treated, preventing long-term consequences for young athletes
  4. 5 scholarships awarded to support college-bound student-athletes
  5. Staff who are deeply connected to the high school athletic community and can provide trusted, ongoing support.

Zoom Wellness & Mental Resilience

Even before the fires, we had adapted during the COVID-19 pandemic by transitioning to Zoom-based wellness programming, helping young athletes stay active, accountable, and connected. That pivot became the blueprint for how we now serve displaced and vulnerable youth digitally and in hybrid formats.
